Where I am Now

Although I have an extensive background in journalism and broadcast media, I have since shifted my focus toward documentary filmmaking. I am currently pursuing an MFA in Documentary Production and Studies at the University of North Texas, where I am expected to graduate in 2028. Through this program, I am expanding my skills beyond news and developing my voice as a documentarian and nonfiction storyteller. My experience also extends into social media marketing, digital content and video production, which has allowed me to work across different areas of media. Moving forward, I hope to continue building a career where I prioritize giving a platform to meaningful nonfiction stories centered on people who shape their communities through everyday experiences.
